Payment by American Express, Diners, non-bank/virtual cards or Maestro cards is not accepted.
ClickRent will happily accept debit cards, however, to use a dedit card you must purchase ClickRent's ClickRelax coverage (which we refer to as their No Excess, Wheels, Glass and Full Breakdown Cover Package).


Other credit cards (including Visa Dankort, Chinese UnionPay and Diners Club), Cash, Prepaid Credit Cards and Debit cards (unless the Premium Package is purchased) are not accepted.
AMEX, prepaid, rechargeable or virtual credit cards or card where the card details are not raised (‘embossed’) are also not accepted.
If the premium package is taken, you can use a Visa, Maestro or Mastercard debit card - you will be asked to leave details of your card on pickup. Please note, this deposit may take up to thirty days to be returned to your debit card depending on the issuing bank of the card and neither OK Mobility or Clarify Car Hire take any responsibility if the amount returned is not the same as the amount taken due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges. The card must be in the main drivers name. Any local charges, extras or other equipment or services purchased at the car hire desk will also be charged to the card.


When a debit card is presented the pre-authorisation is charged and not blocked, due to impossibility of blocking charges into a debit card.
Depending on the bank, the pre-authorisation amount can take up to a maximum of 30 calendar days after the date of completion of the rental contract to appear on the banking card statement of the holder of the contract. Record Go Rent a Car or Clarify Car Hire is not responsible for possible banking charges when reimbursing the excess or any other outstanding amount in favour of the client after final settlement (difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded).
All refunds (unused fuel, deposit…etc.) are made in Euro even if the customer was originally charged in a different currency on collection. No claims can be made regarding possible loss due to exchange rate fluctuations etc.
Pre-payment cards are not accepted, RecordGo do not accept cash payments, smartphone payments, cheques, or banks transfers. The holder of the bank card must be the contract holder and must present at the time of making the payment a valid card. Only one bank card can be used per contract and the card must be non-transferable. The payer must ensure that the bank card has sufficient funds at the time of picking up the vehicle to pay for the rental with all the selected options, and, where applicable, to block or charge the pre-authorization amount corresponding to the group of the rented vehicle.
