Linz Airport Car Hire
Sometimes referred to as the Blue Danube airport, Linz airport is located in the third largest city in Austria. The first airport here was built in 1955 with the first international flights to Frankfurt in 1966. In 2017 there were over 400,000 passengers using Linz airport. Places to eat are limited at Linz as it is only a small airport. There is a cafe and a shop which sells snacks and drinks and a more formal restaurant. Duty Free is available for purchase. The airport offers free wifi, just select the 'blue danube airport' network. Young children are well catered for with a play area in the transit zone. There are several ATMs throughout the airport.
