Can I add the Clarify top up insurance after my booking has been confirmed?
If you have booked with Clarify Car Hire and have received your confirmation voucher, you may still be able to add on the top up insurance if you later decide you want it. The top up insurance is not available at all locations but, where it is, you can sign in to the Clarify Car Hire portal using the email address you used with your booking, select your rental and request to add the insurance. The portal sign in can be found at the top of the Clarify Car Hire home page.
Once we have received your request, we will send you an email detailing the cost and a payment link. When we have received the insurance premium from you, we will add the cover to your booking.
Your rental voucher will automatically update to include the link to the insurance document and your policy number. This can be viewed under the Vehicle section on your booking voucher.
Insurance cannot be added less than 48 hours before your pick up time.
