
Debit Card Car Hire at Figari Airport






The card must be valid for at least one month after the return date and is required for pre-authorisation.
All major debit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard are accepted for all car categories.
The amount of the applicable excess will be blocked until the return of the vehicle, depending on the rented vehicle category as a security deposit.
MAESTRO, ELECTRON, and DINERS as well as cash, cheques, travellers cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted.
Required for Payment:
- A valid credit/debit card as mentioned above, except MAESTRO, ELECTRON, and DINERS cards.
- Cash payments, cheques, travellers cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted for any rental.
Please be aware that if you use your debit card for the security deposit and/or the fuel deposit, it can take up to 30 days for this to reach your account once it has been refunded by the car hire supplier at the end of the rental. This is due to international banking systems not due to delays by either the car rental company or Clarify Car Hire.
Please note that payment for the rental or deposit via a mobile wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay etc. will not be accepted at the hire desk. The lead driver must present a physical payment card in their name.
