If I am advised by you that a booking cannot be confirmed what should I do?
If your booking is 'awaiting confirmation' please give us 48 hours to confirm the booking. If you have requested an out of hours pickup or drop off, special equipment such as winter tyres, confirmation from the car hire company maybe required. This is to ensure they are able to supply the service or item you have requested.
Some of our small suppliers do not have the technological infrastructure of the bigger firms and will want to handle some requests manually.
Just give us a call or contact us if you need assistance and we will be delighted to discuss alternatives with you if they cannot honour your request. This might mean looking at a slightly different vehicle, supplier or location (if appropriate).
You obviously have the option to cancel if you need an immediate response but we would hope that the wait for confirmation is worth it or, if no confirmation is given, we can find a suitable alternative for you.
