Discover Dubai with Clarify Car Hire
We are now offering car rental in the United Arab Emirates
Planning a different kind of holiday this year? Have you considered the United Arab Emirates? Guaranteed sunshine and warmth, fascinating culture and some of the best waterparks in the world make Dubai - and the other 6 Emirates that comprise this unique country - a fantastic holiday destination. We can offer car hire in the UAE – from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or even Sharjah.
Car hire is a great option if you are visiting family or friends out in the UAE. There are a large number of people whose work has led them to living abroad and having loved ones to stay can bring a lot of joy. Why not combine a visit with the chance to explore the region? A rental car from Dubai International Airport could lead you to many adventures!
Driving a car in the UAE is not as daunting as you may think. The roads can be busy but they are very well maintained. Cars do tend to be automatics and with Clarify Car Hire it is easy to filter your search to All Wheel Drive vehicles if you need one.
Sharjah is not far from some of the best desert experiences. You can hike up Fossil Rock or even visit the ghost town of Al Madam. This eerie village was deserted many years ago after it was consumed by sandstorms.
There are many stunning white sand beaches along UAE’s coastline. Choose between the larger beaches such as Jumeira where there are plenty of facilities, watersports and waterparks or smaller, quieter beaches such as Ajman. Some beaches are private so you may have to pay a small fee to use them. The advantage with a hire car is that, if a beach gets too crowded, you can always try another!
If you want a unique UAE driving experience then we have heard the Jabal Hafeet Mountain Road is the place to be. To get to the top of UAE’s second highest mountain you need to navigate up 4000 feet of winding roads with more than 60 tight bends. If you make the journey at dawn you will be rewarded with a spectacular view of the sunrise.
Dubai has a similar toll system to Portugal. The system called Salik is automated so, as soon as you drive through the toll gates your car is registered via a device on your windscreen. Any charges will then be payable when you return the car to the desk. If you pass through a toll road near the end of your trip, these charges may be added to your credit card after you have returned home. The Salik device should already be on the car but do check with the desk when you arrive.
It is easy to get a quote for car hire in Dubai but, if you need any assistance with your rental in UAE, then we are here to help.
