How do I amend a booking I have made?
If you need to make a large change to your booking such as changing the vehicle, dates or destination, please make a new booking for the new location and dates/times and then cancel your old booking.
Sign in to your account using the button at the top of the website, select the options tab. From there you can rerun you old quote, then make any amendments required, and make the new booking. You can also access your account via the link at the top of your Clarify Car Hire voucher.
Once you have received confirmation that the new booking is in place you can cancel the old reservation.
However if it is just a small change such as a change of flight number, simply contact us here at Clarify and we will be delighted to assist you.
