I'm running late! What do I do?
Many things can occur to make you late when travelling, from flight delays to a long wait to pick up your baggage to missing your flight. We can't stress enough how important it is to let your car hire company know as soon as possible if you are delayed. If you fail to do this, regardless of whether you put your flight number on your booking, your car may not be available when you arrive at the desk.
