No Hidden Extras
We show all costs up front on the website when you're booking, so there's no concerns about having to pay anything additional once you get to the desk. We even show separate amounts for the normal deposit and the fuel deposit so you'll know exactly what you've got to leave on your card at the beginning of the rental. All excesses are shown on the results page very clearly. Additionally, if you need to pay any surcharges, for example out of hours or young drivers fees the quote shown on the results page will automatically include these, ensuring you know exactly how much you need to pay at the desk.

Car rental is a highly personal thing and it's rare that two people want exactly the same car hire. Maybe you want an eco friendly model, an on airport location or VIP service at the desk. We aim to make car rental as inclusive as possible. The filters mentioned previously do not just help you tailor the car and the location details but also how you pay and the level of deposit you need to leave when you rent your car. If you don't currently hold a credit card and want a car hire that will allow you to use your debit card you can select a filter for that. Or maybe you may have a credit card but not want to leave a large deposit on your card - there is another filter for that too.
We also offer the car hire companies own excess insurance when you go through the booking process, this option is popular with many as it can lead to a lower deposit at the rental desk, and a totally worry free experience on holiday.
If you're not keen to go for the car hire companies own excess insurance we also have third party policies, the choice is very much yours!

We check prices more at the headline rate, with excess insurance included and with selected extras as well - and as you can see we are the website to beat with prices as much as 48% cheaper in some cases.
Truly Outstanding Customer Service
Even if we say so ourselves our customer service is right up there with the best.
Whilst we know that the Covid epidemic was, and continues to be, a difficult time for all in the travel market we stepped up the support we offered our users rather than backing away.
Examples were -
Every booking amendment and cancellation request received throughout the past year was handled within 24 hours of receipt - quite unlike the months that some users of other companies experienced.
Where vouchers were issued to customers these were automatically extended - to ensure that they were still there to be used as the travel world reawakened.
We introduced Free Cancellation and Amendments for all bookings - and to add further reassurance deposits received are held in a separate bank account until your car rental has taken place - so every booking made with us can be refunded at a moments notice if that's what you want.
